The Business Services Division of Workforce Buffalo operates at the intersection of our leader’s directives for economic growth, the business community’s employment needs and the region’s job seekers. We work to provide comprehensive, layered and coordinated programming that keeps our workforce agile and skilled for a rapidly changing economy.

Our regional workforce landscape is changing and we’re changing with it. The business services division functions in industry verticals in relationship to New York State’s Regional Economic Development Council’s (REDC) targeted industry sector strategies.
